Recent expertise building and leading  teams as an investor, advisor, founder and C-level executive. 

Work experience includes 20+ years with both large organizations and small independant companies in performance based roles delivering over 100M of revenue annually and overseeing upwards of 100M of assets under management.

Work experience also includes a further 8+ years as an entrepreneur and consultant. The professional focus was mainly as a retail sales leader delivering enterprise-scale transformations in businesses in rapid growth, turnarounds, and start ups. 

The consulting focus was delivering personalized leadership training and development with high performing team members.

Athletic experience includes a lifetime of competitive sports originally as a participant and a further 15+ years coaching youth.

Academic experience was originally focused on economic modeling, statistical modeling, mathematics, logic and problem solving. However, passion quickly evolved academic growth into leadership development, implementation, and coaching.

The last 10 years have been spent cultivating content and administering this curriculum - bringing the unique IQ-EQ-SQ to life in a personalized, dynamic, and illuminating presentation.
